The Building
: the Sammons Center is available to nonprofit performing arts organizations and sponsors for meetings, events, rehearsals, and receptions, but is no longer available to the general public for rental.
Meadows Hall is the largest space in the building with 2800 square feet, 35 foot ceiling, hardwood dance-quality floor, and special acoustical treatments. It has performance seating for up to 300 and banquet seating for 240. It will hold up to 280 for a reception. Meadows Hall is suitable for rehearsals, auditions, concert, banquets, receptions, seminars, meetings, dances, and fundraising events. A concert grand piano is available.
The Skyline Room is 1200 square feet of meeting and reception area on the second floor adjacent to the kitchen. It boasts a beautiful view of the downtown Dallas skyline. Dramatic staircase entry from the first floor Lobby. Accommodates up to 150 people. Suitable for receptions, meetings, workshops, luncheons, and other special events.
Kurth Hall is a beautiful and intimate recital hall with approximately 1200 square feet of space. Kurth Hall seats up to 150 for a performance or lecture. It features excellent acoustics, a superb hard- wood floor, and a vaulted ceiling. Concert grand piano available Suitable for recitals, meetings, seminars, workshops, theater, dances, and special events.
The conference room is a large, comfortable, conference facility with a large conference table which seats twenty. Available for meetings, seminars, retreats and conferences.
